anyone watched Closer to the Edge yet, the 3d film made at the TT in 2010, mainly featuring Guy Martin, the man is a star
What if the Hokey Cokey is REALLY what it's all about?

Went to see this at cinema earlier in year at release
Great subject matter, Guy Martin a real character but pretty unimpressed with the 3D footage which mainly appeared when interviewing the riders with bike behind them.

Santa brought me book and DVD The Incredible Ride , Nick Sanders . Not had time to watch / read yet.

We watched via cable TV, only in 2D but it was still a good movie, so don't let that put you off if you can't get to a cinema or don't have access to a 3D TV.

Me and no.1 went to see this film in 3D at the cinema last year.(We have a son who slightly resembles Guy M so that was enough to get her there). The 3D wasn't essential to it being an enjoyable film and a real pity he didn't win something that year; as the film makers had obviously banked on - it certainly would have made a good film great. Guy is a real character but I was bit concerned about how much time he devoted to the subject of masturbation, and more worrying how he regularly spent several hours in the back of his white van whilst logged onto his laptop? I sincerely hope his new team allows him to be competitive this year. I've spent many a happy hour up at Creg na Bar during the 80's. Hope ITV4 continue the great coverage again too.
