Evaldo Hotel Arabba

The Evaldo and Olympia in Arabba were recommended by many for our stay in the Dolomites. I can't speak to the Olympia, but the Evaldo was was everything and then some. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and even stayed backed one day for the "chocolate massage". I can't imagine better food or service. We opted for a suite (10 euro more than a standard room, 160 per night half board). We first signed in for 3 nights but ended up staying 5. Arabba is close to everything in the Dolomites and only a short hour 15 minutes to Belluno, Carolyn's favorite city from the two week trip.
