The name of the village is Serfaus(in Austria), and the hotel is Hotel Regina. All rooms are booked only for us for the period from the 9th to 12th July, from Monday to Thursday. When booking, you need to mention "Alpineroads.com-meet 2012"-member.. www.hotel-regina.at

Possibly the first day, when people are all arriving in dribs and drabs throughout the afternoon and in good spirit. During the other days we might be off on a road, then we'd probably not meet up until the evening.

But really the best time is simply whenever you can make it

Everyday is the best day.. ...main thing is that you arrive there..I have made routes for my gruppo for each day....trying to be able to ride too.... ...and on Tuesday the 10th July, our route goes via Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse before noon, so could we agree the group foto session to be up there on Bielerhöhe...
